Laura has spent 20 years in the training industry working with both public and private sectors helping organizations reach their training and development goals. Coupled with her education and experience as a member and past Board President at ISA (Instructional Systems Association), a trade association of learning providers; Laura’s knowledge and ideas has allowed her to author perspective papers on the topics of training and development.
Her ALIGN 2010 keynote presentation will be based upon her perspectives paper, Training Triage: Prioritizing Needs for the High-Performing Workforce.
Laura will be presenting her keynote address on Thursday, September 30, 2010 at Business Training Library’s annual client and partner conference, Align 2010. The third annual Align conference will be held Monday, September 28th through Wednesday, September 30th in St Louis, Missouri at the St. Louis Hilton Ballpark.
