Covenant HealthCare will utilize Business Training Library’s e-Learning courses and Learning Management System. Covenant HealthCare’s leadership group will have access to over 1,000 online courses covering business and professional development skills and legal compliance skills. To target their training based upon skill gaps and needs, Covenant plans to use Business Training Library’s online Competency Management Module. This LMS module will allow them to target individual development plans based on job roles and current skill sets, assigning employees the courses and learning activities they need to improve their performance.
